- Visit the Formed.org Website: Go to the Formed.org website using your internet browser.
- Click on "Sign Up"
- You will see Create a New Account & Find your Parish or Organization: Please type 84501
- You will see the name of the Church "Notre Dame De Lourdes Catholic Church, Price, Utah" Please click it. And Click next
- If you're a new user, You'll likely be asked to provide some basic information such as your name, email address, and possibly a password.
- An email to sign in will be sent to your email ID. Go and click it (sometimes you will have to click at least three times)
- Now, you can download the app in your Smart Phone or TV or Ipad to watch
- Remember: One email ID works for only ONE DEVICE.
- If you want to use it in multiple devices then you will have create another account.
